This is a very beautiful piece. It's a wheel-thown stoneware bowl glazed in our Little Missouri color combination. It gets its name from the ribbon of blue that meanders along the center. A colorful piece like this would be wonderful addition to your room decor. Or, you could put it work as a serving bowl at your next dinner party. That makes it both decorative and functional. We do not recommend it be used in the oven, but otherwise it is microwavable, lead-free, and food & dishwasher-safe.
